Jardin Apartments, Nundah

Jardin Apartments is a newly constructed boutique development of 41 apartments in the suburb of Nundah. Developed by Aria Property Group, architecture design by ROTHELOWMANWHITE and constructed by Condev Construction it is no surprise that Jardin Apartments is up for a 2015 Brisbane Master Builders Award for building innovation, quality workmanship and excellence in the Residential Building High Rise over 3 storey, up to $20m category.

Internally, Leisuretex Painting Contractors completed the painting of the 1 and 2 bedroom units, the 2 pack painting of the garbage chutes, the feature corridors painted different colours on each side and the concrete sealing of the undercroft carpark.

Externally, Leisuretex Painting Contractors completed the painting of the building via scaffold, the painting of the balconies and the staining of the feature timber at the entrance to the building.

‘Jardin Apartments’ is up for a 2015 Brisbane Master Builders Award for building innovation, quality workmanship and excellence in the Residential Building High Rise over 3 storey, up to $20m category.
