757 Ann St

“757 Ann Street is a striking commercial tower with an ultra-modern design. Built to meet 5 Star Greenstar under the new version 3 criteria, comprising of an 11 storey building, and is constructed virtually column free with a side central core.”

Leisuretex Painting Contractors completed all of the internal and external painting of the Brisbane building.

Whilst the majority of the building was your standard internal paint and external texturing completed by scaffold, the featured slope at the front of the building proved to be a challenge.
The top and base of the slope were textured using a boom lift which had to be angled and moved throughout the process. Using the boom lift on the footpath also meant one lane of the road had to be closed for safety. With this in mind, the painters had to complete the difficult process in a timely manner without sacrificing quality.

Designed by Nettleton Tribe Architects, developed by OPD and constructed by Hutchinson Builders, 757 Ann St in the heart of Fortitude Valley is a commercial building that rivals no other in the area.
